 1.   PAE- Complete

    Duration 40 hrs

This program covers the following topics:

• Indian Patents Act, 1970
• Skills of Patent drafting
• Drafting License Agreements
• Drafting Assignment Agreements
• Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT)
• Solutions to all the previous year question papers

Assignments will be given to the candidates at the end of each module followed by interactive sessions.

   DATES

November 2009: 8 (Sun), 14-15 (Sat-Sun), 21-22 (Sat-Sun), 28-29 (Sat-Sun)

    Duration 10 hrs

All the previous year question papers will be solved and discussed in this module providing a practical exposure to the exam pattern.

Candidates enrolling for PAE - Complete will get access to this module as well. However, candidates can register separately for PAE - Solutions module only.

November 2009: 28th (Sat) and 29th (Sun) only

   FEES: 3,000 INR only
