This is a classroom training program conducted by experienced Patent Attorneys and Patent Agents.

This program covers the following topics:

• Indian Patents Act, 1970
• Skills of Patent drafting
• Drafting License Agreements
• Drafting Assignment Agreements
• Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT)
• Solutions to all the previous year question papers

Assignments will be given to the candidates at the end of each module followed by interactive sessions. Printed material for all the topics will be provided to the candidates.

November 2010: 6th (Sat), 13th (Sat), 27th (Sat)

December 2010: 4th (Sat), 11th - 12th (Sat-Sun)

    Last two days are dedicated to the solutions to previous year question papers only.

This is a Distance Education Program wherein printed study material will be delivered at regular intervals to the candidates along with assignments. Candidates will solve the assignments and send it back for verification.

FEES: 14,000 INR only

Participants opting for Distance Education can attend all class-room sessions offerred at PAE - Complete with additional fee of 6,000 INR only .

Online tutorials are offered through the origiin web site wherein a user can logon to the Web site and access all the study material online.

Online tutorials are divided into three parts in which candidates can choose any module (s) depending upon the requirement.

Modules are as follows:

   MODULE I : Indian Patents Act and Rules, 1970
Fee: 8,000 INR only

   MODULE II : PCT, Patent Drafting, License Agreements, Tips for viva
Fee: 4,000 INR only

   MODULE III : Question bank
  Fee: 4,000 INR only

All the previous year Question Papers (Paper I and II from year 2004-2010) will be solved and discussed in this module providing a practical exposure to the examination pattern. Solutions will be provided in the form of Paper Back copies to each candidates.

Candidates opting for PAE-Solutions™ can attend last 2 days of Class-room training on 11th and 12th December, 2010 with additional fee of 1000 INR only.

NOTE: Candidates enrolling for PAE - Complete will get access to this module as well. However, candidates can register separately for PAE - Solutions module only.
