In case you want to file an application in more than one foreign country we help you file online patent application through Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT) that ensures that you get priority in the country of your interest and later file in countries of your choice. There is no International Patent as such. The advantage of filing an application through PCT is that you get more time (another 30 months approx) to think about countries of your choice.

Another advantage is that you get a search report from PCT whereby the application can be amended accordingly to increase chances of patent grant in other countries later. Also the applicant gets more time to perform market research in respective country and explore the market potential before filing a patent.
